Customer received an online order confirmation however, we never received the order. We fulfilled the order however, I’m certain we didn’t receive payment
That's frustrating because you really can't not fullfill the order when they have the information right there. Did the payment every show up in your 'transactions"? Please contact Square Support so that they can check your account and see if there happens to be a glitch that needs to be worked out. There number is 1-855-700-6000. I hope that this helps 🙂
