Online Gift Card & Credit payment in the same purchase

We sold an online gift card for $30, the customer wanted to purchase $50 of food and was not able to combine a Square online gift card with credit card to complete the purchase on a Square Weebly site.  Has anyone else had this problem?

@Usernm1 Have them try redeeming the GC first, the rest of the balance should show after for card payment right after.
