One order will not be marked complete?

Hello!

 

I have one order from back in September that, even though it has been delivered to the customer, it won't let me mark it as Complete. It is just grey and says 'Mixed' even though the order is technically complete. It's because one part of the order was ready earlier (the one marked as complete) than the other, and then when it never let me mark the other as complete when it was delivered to the customer at a later date. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Screenshot attached.

Hi Shoresh,

 

I would recommend contacting support so they can troubleshoot this problem and if it is a bug they can submit a bug ticket

Hello again @Shoresh!

 

Unfortunately we wouldn't have any different information from our direct CS team here.

 

They'll be the ones who will need to file a ticket for you and follow up on it since we are limited here. The Seller Community is more intended for seller to seller conversation so this will remain open if any other sellers experienced this but I haven't seen it elsewhere. Sounds buggy.
