We have two different Square accounts. One for us main owners with 2 locations and separate one for a franchisee with 1 location. We are hoping to be able to have a single online store that would push orders (both from a bank account and POS system standpoint) to both accounts based on the location chosen. Is this possible?
My guess is that we will need to have the franchisee share our same account but wanted to verify that prior to going through the effort.
After thinking on this, my currently plan is to add the franchisee location to the online store and then, use the API to push orders from the main square account to the franchisee account. Hoping that if we do that, the workers at the store will still get notifications on the POS system. Any reasons this wouldn't work? Any better solution?
Hey @efficiondave- I'm checking in with a few people to see if your second plan with API would be doable. I'll let you know what I find out.
