is there a way to set the radius for delivery when using a courier??? I put an address in that is literally 10 miles away and it says we don't deliver to that area???

I know you can configure your delivery radius, but I don't know if various carriers can override that with their own settings. That is a question for them.
For the Square side of things, you can designate your delivery radius at:
Dashboard -> Account & Settings -> Fulfillment -> Online pickup & Delivery -> [edit your location] -> Delivery
The Delivery Region section is a few steps down the page.
