Old domain and site pages still shows up on google when name is typed in.

I had an old domain that I connected to an old square online store, Kiyst.com. I've since cancelled that domain and unpublished the site, however, upon googling "Kiyst" on google it still shows up and leads to a "this site cant be reached screen". My new site is Kiystguitars.com, that one also shows up in results but only below all the old domain's pages. How can I fix this?

Hi Kiyst,

It can take some time for Google to recrawl and process changes and it can sometimes hold on to the older version if there's a lot of external references to the old domain.  Right now, assuming your old site is "www.kiyst.com", it comes up server not found.  Searching on "https://www.kiystguitars.com" appears to be working OK.

When looking on google though, for example just “kiyst”, the old website’s pages pop up and upon clicking lead to the site cant be reached screen. I was just wondering is there a way to remove these SEO results, as my customers look up “Kiyst” on google rather than my full URL
