OLD Online Cart Message

OMG, why is this so freaking hard? When my customers go to check out there's a message letting them know the order is for pick up for Valentine's Day (it's Thanksgiving), and I cannot figure out how to change that. It's on the cart page that has "continue to payment" at the bottom! Any suggestions?

I'm so sorry for the delay in response here. I can see you were able to change the cart message to "Happy Holidays from 3 Girls Catering". 

 

For anyone that comes across this thread, to change the pickup message follow these steps: 

  • Go to "Account and Settings" on your Square Dashboard 
  • Scroll down and click "Fulfillment" 
  • Choose "Pickup and Delivery" 
  • On the right hand side click the blue "Edit" button
  • You will see under "Timing" that you are able to provide a "Short Message" 

I'm glad you were able to change the message! Please let me know if you have any other issues with this!
