Not received domain credit

I recently tried to transfer my domain to square to link to my weebly site but I had an issue so I cancelled the transfer, I then chose for the refund to be rewarded as domain credit as i assumed it would be quicker than a debit card refund, however i haven't gotten the credit in my balance. Any ideas what I should do?
