Not getting order e-mails or notifications anymore

Previously, when I received an order on Square for a Square Package or Digital item, I would get an order or a copy of the customer receipt in my e-mail notifying me that I had an order.

Now, when somebody orders a Square Package via appointments, I am not getting an e-mail any longer. It shows in my "orders" on the app that an order was placed, but I don't receive an e-mail or notification any longer.

My notifications for the "New Order E-mails" on the website settings is turned on, and my e-mail is entered. Please help!
