Hi All!
I've had some customer feedback about our checkout page being a bit frustrating to use.
I'm not sure if there are other settings that I can play with but our site is set up to choose store pick up or shipping on the item page. This is fine unless a customer selects the wrong option and doesn't realise and then gets to the checkout screen and there's not an option to change it? Is there a way I am able to fix this for customers to be able to change at checkout? I've just been telling customers that if they go back and add another item with the correct option and then delete it from their cart it should change it for them but there has got to be an easier way??
Please help I feel like I'm losing potential purchases because of this.
