No matter my location hours, store shows as closed

I said a pre-orders to happen over the last few days, for pick up tomorrow from Ford from 6 PM to 8 PM, but no matter what I do, it shows that my store is closed and I’m not accepting any orders. I’ve tried basically everything, including creating a new location from scratch and it’s still giving me the same problems. Any ideas?

 

Related to this, I keep trying to toggle Apple Pay, etc., but it won’t stay on.

Hello @Nmeade56 sorry you're having trouble with this. Go to your Square Dashboard, and click ONLINE.

See if it says "accepting orders" at the top (see pic for example)

If it doesn't, or you want. to check...click on the Accepting Orders to turn this option on:
