Has anyone experienced this? My orders are coming in without any information except for the customer's email! Does anyone know to fix this please?

I'm passing this feedback on to our eCommerce team and will follow up further once I hear back.
I placed a test order on a test account and also was not able to receive details such as name and address in the confirmation email. Can you let me know a little more about how you usually use this info in running your business, so I can pass on further feedback about the impact of the issue?
In the meantime you should still be able to locate this info via the orders section of your online dashboard.
