New to Square & I'm a little lost

I join Square two months ago and I find myself having issues at Pop-Up events. I'm sure some of it is user error but I'd love to hear how others have navigated this space.

Hello!

 

I've done 2 pop up events and each time the contactless reader didn't work and the reader that's attached to your phone didn't work. 

 

I thought both could be used, not one or the other. Also the website, I've sat on the phone for hours trying to get help getting things updated or corrected on my website. Maybe its because I'm using the free site, I don't know but its been frustrating.

If you are referring to the Square Contactless and Chip reader and the Square Mag Stripe reader being able to connect to the same phone, then the answer is yes these can be connected as long as the device is capable. 

 

If you could please provide a bit more context to the issues you're having or the assistance you currently need, we'll be able to better point you in the right direction here.
