I had a number of orders come in yesterday for the same item. All of them have the status "New" except one which has the status "Upcoming". What does this mean? Why is is happening? What can I do about it?

They will be able to look into your account and these specific orders and see what's happening!
Generally speaking an "Upcoming" order may indicate someone has ordered ahead for a later time, while orders for "Now" should indicate these are incoming orders to be prepped. Another possible solution could be someone at your business is testing online orders on the account! Clicking on the orders should also reveal a little more info. You can also view orders in further detail via your online dashboard.
