New Business Black Friday Sale

Hey guys. Started a new business recently and trying to get more orders. Using Black Friday as a big opener to try to get some sales at discounted prices for people but traffic still seems really low even at the discounts. Any advice? Tried running a couple quick promotions on FB as well. They show the stats and "engagements/link clicks," but neither resulted in any sales. www.emulzify.com is the website if you want to take a look for suggestions.

Hi @Emulzify

Quite a bit lit here unfortunately.  Good looking site, nice pictures you have.

A few things I can suggest. I've been in business for going on 8 years, so not super long, but long enough to do things the hard way and learn from them.

We all want quick sales when first starting our business, but don't give away your business just to make those sales.  Know the worth of yourself and your product.  Don't undersell yourself.

Understand your demographic, as well as your business. Are you competing with multiple companies selling similar products?

Take a closer look at your competition, see what they are doing, and products they are selling.  Are they selling products similar to yours, and what else are they offering to compliment their main products.

Think about subscriptions.  Very popular option for many people selling products similar to yours.  If its a good product and people like it offer them a recurring subscription to keep the sales flowing in.

Be careful with spending a lot of money on Social Media ads.  Take a deeper look into the best practices for social media before spending a lot of money.  I personally haven't got a grasp on it, so I always felt like I was wasting my money on ads since I would always publish on the wrong time of day.  But if you can master it, it is extremely useful .
