I set shipping under settings and shipping, but when I do a test, the checkout reads, location of customer is unavailable. I added USA as region and customer location is in the USA. Help, please.
HI, have you set your Shipping Profiles (how you charge shipping)? When doing the test purchase, buyer address must be included before a shipping fee displays.
Online Dashboard, Fulfillment, Shipping, scroll down to Shipping Profiles (example US Free Shipping below)
Thank you. I did set the profiles to USA and territories plus shipping rates based on weight. I also added box weight profiles. How do I link items to specific boxes, i.e., small, medium, large?
