Need a CSR code to activate my SSL certificate?

I recently (about a week ago) online store with Square/Weebly.

I linked to my domain (which I have through Namecheap) adding the IP address and following all of the set up info. 

The site looks good but  it shows in the browser as being non secure or unsafe, no one is able to purchase and if they try they get this message:"This store is not yet accepting payments."

I checked in Namecheap and realized my SSL through them wasn't activated, but in order to activate it I need to supply a CSR code fro my hosting company but I can't find any of that information. I've only found that once the domain is properly set up it should take 48 hours to be fully active - SSL and all. 

I'm not sure what I'm missing (except for sales). Is there another step that I need to take in order for my site to be fully functional.

Hi, it can be frustrating.  I have Namecheap too for a redirect.  If you select How To, Knowledgebase, How To Videos, How To Connect A Domain Name To Your Shared Hosting.  (In my experience with domains I believe you change the DNS and wait for 24 hours.)
