I started using this system and has to switch off within 1 day. Driver is not assigned and we dont know who to contact.
After making few calls, we got to know that delivery partner is Uber. But Uber order number is different and not visible in our order.
There should be a Merchant Dashboard it seems which help us to see Uber orders related to our Square->Nash->Uber orders. But I do not know how to get access to that dashboard?
Not sure whom to contact in Square for that?
Hi, @namastewatford ! Sorry for the delay here.
When you integrate Square with Uber Eats via Nash, each platform generates its own order numbers:
Square creates an order ID in your Square Online Dashboard.
Uber Eats generates a different order reference number.
Nash acts as the connector but doesn’t always display both IDs in one place.
That’s why you’re not seeing Uber’s order numbers in your Square order feed.
Uber does provides a Merchant Dashboard where you can see all orders, drivers, and statuses. That’s where you’d normally track assigned drivers. Square and Nash don’t display full Uber logistics info.
You can access this at: Uber Eats Manager where you can log in with the Uber account tied to your delivery integration.
.
Unfortunately, each party owns a different piece, which is why you’ve been bounced around. The fastest route is usually:
Confirm with Square Support that the Nash integration is properly connected.
Get Nash Merchant Support contact
Use Uber Eats Manager for day-to-day driver/order tracking.
You’ll need access to the Uber Eats Merchant Dashboard to see drivers and full Uber order numbers. Square only passes the order into Nash and then onto Uber, but it doesn’t expose Uber’s internal order references. To resolve: log into Uber Eats Manager, and if you can’t, reach out first to Square Support to confirm your Nash setup, then escalate to Nash or Uber depending on where the order data is missing.
I hope this helps.
