Nameserver "Save" silently fails — no error, values revert (frymex.com)

I'm trying to migrate my domain to a new host and can't get past a stuck step in the Dashboard. Posting here since it looks like others may be hitting the same thing.

The issue:
Domains → Manage domain → Nameservers → Edit nameserver. I enter new nameserver values and click Save. Nothing happens — no error message, no confirmation, no toast/banner. The fields just stay at (or silently revert to) the default dns1.register.com / dns2.register.com.

What I've already tried, in case it saves someone a step:

  • Registrar lock — confirmed off
  • Incognito/private browser window
  • Multiple attempts, different times
  • Manually clearing and retyping the values (not pasting)
  • Checking directly with Register.com (the underlying registrar) — no account exists there under my info, confirming this has to be fixed through Square's dashboard/support, not worked around externally

None of the above changed the result.

Why I can't use the usual "update A/CNAME records instead" workaround: my new host requires full nameserver delegation to issue SSL and route traffic — there's no CNAME-only path for it. So this isn't a "any workaround will do" situation; the nameserver save specifically needs to work.

If anyone's found an actual fix, or if a mod/staff member can escalate this — genuinely appreciate it. This is blocking a live business site migration.
