My weebly website is allowing free shipping

My shipping profiles all have prices,however I just noticed anything over $60, is getting free shipping? How do I stop this and charge shipping instead

I saw a Square Online Store linked to your profile but is calculating shipping correctly when I add items totaling more than $60. 

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong website?
