My square payment link is not chargning shipping

I have a free square website set up with one product and a flat shipping charge for all orders on it:  https://theboogyboogy.square.site/

I also set up a square payment link that I can text to people.  The website charges for shipping but the payment link does not.  How can I fix this?

Can you let me know if you've enabled shipping when you locate this item in your library? You can check by locating the item in this list and scrolling down to "Fulfilment methods". I'll keep an eye out for your reply @TheBoogyWoogy 🙂

Hello @TheBoogyWoogy, I am sorry you are having issues with your payment link. In order to investigate this further I would contact Square Online support at 1-855-700-6000 or squ.re/contactsqsupport.

They will be able to take a deeper dive into your settings. For account security we cannot discuss those details here in community. If you need anything else let us know.
