Hi
I connected by Canva custom domain manually, using the instructions provided by Square. Square indicated it successfully connected.
It's been 48 hours and I am still getting the following error.
I went to the Domains section on my Square account to see if there was a status update - but there is no record of the action logged - should there be something listed here? Does this mean it really didn't initiate the connection?
