My client booked an appointment for 430pm CST and her reminder sent right away for 330pm CST? What is going on? Has anyone had this ? I go for surgery next week and want to make sure this isn't happening when I come back from recovery in 2 weeks and being bombarded with a bunch of wrong appointments. Thanks

Here in the Community, we have no access to account-specific information, so troubleshooting an issue with a particular appointment might be somewhat difficult.

That being said, I can think of one setting that would help you prevent this issue in the future.
If your clients book appointments with you while in a different time zone, depending on your settings, they'll either see your time zone on the booking site or their own.
This article explains how to change that setting.
