I synced my Google calendar for my Appointments. Everything synced fine except for this month Sept 2020. The calendar on Square shows no appointments available (grayed out) when there are many appointments available. How do I fix this so my clients can book appointments this month?

Is your availability for September reflected accurately on the backend? Are you already booked for September so those appointments are no longer available?
Can you provide a screenshot?
