My Product inventory in WIX is not transferred or updated in Square. I had to do it manually however it still doesn't keep inventory correctly between the two. I have added WIX to square and Square to WIX. I don't know what i am missing to get it integrated
Hey @RESETBALANCE and welcome to the Community.
I couldn't find a relevant thread for this where other sellers experienced the same issue to point to and unfortunately Wix is a third party with us so I can't advise on how their API works.
I'd recommend reaching out to Wix so they can take a closer look and what's going on with the integration with us. Let us know what they say too if you have the time!
I spoke with Wix customer service and although you can use SquareUp as a payment processor with Wix, the two programs do not speak to one another when it comes to inventory tracking. They advised me there is not currently a way to sync inventory between the two systems.
I did find https://www.skuiq.com/square-skuiq/ online, but I haven't yet found anyone who uses it and I haven't tested it myself.
