hey all.
i have been having multiple issues with my account and square support is utterly useless...
all they do is bounce me from one rep to another.
here are the issues and i hope some one can shed a light.
1. there are 2 locations on my account , 1 active and 1 is inactive, for some reason they are unable to completely delete the inactive one .
2.Google business profile connection
for the love of me i tried everything , i went to my settings and made sure i am on the right location but it still wont sync with my google business profile.
3.Activating coupons
i create a coupon for customer and that thing just keeps spinning saying activating .
so close to leaving this entire platform its becoming a hassle to use.
1. you can not delete a location. deactivating is the best option.
2. I haven't connected my google business listing to Square so I don't know. I just use Google to manage it.
3. I'm not sure about the coupon as I just created and canceled 2 coupons on my account and activating took like 1 second on screen. Maybe try another browser to see if that helps. I've had issues before where it wouldn
t work in Safari but would in Chrome, etc
1. okay well thats weird ... makes no sense you cant delete it but whatever.
2. i use google to manage as well. but i think connecting to square allows you to ask customers directly for reviews after purchases .
3.i noticed that the issue with coupon is whenever you do % rather than $ off
it worked on 5 dollar off but didnt work on 20% off .
and yes i used multiple platforms to try this and multiple browsers
