This is more about giving a feedback to Square Up team.
I love the system and UI, but I decided to move to Shopify.
Square Up has one thing missing that is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to my business.
And that is: manually create orders -> schedule the delivery date and time -> customer pay later.
I have customers that talk to me outside the website and they just want to order something, without going to the online store.
But I have no way to do create a order for them manually in my Square Up dashboard. Not in a way to works correctly.
I asked the support team many times and also added this feature in the ideation section. Explaining in details what is the issue.
Because I have no hope that this will ever be implemented, I have no alternative other than moving to another pos system.
From what I have seen, Shopify is much more complex than Square Up, but it allows me to do what I mentioned above. That is it! Just one missing feature!
I already started to work on my new store there, and soon I'll be leaving.
Sad, because again, I love using Square Up due to its UI and UX.
