Missing Key information from order emails

We received an order on Friday for pickup the next week.

On my phone I got a notification

in the notification I can see that its a Curbside pickup order

I can also see a note from the buyer that she'll be in on Tuesday after 11 to pickup

 

at our office all we ever get is the copy of the receipt sent to the customer in our email. We have that setup to auto-print.

 

There's no mention of curbside pickup or the note left in that email.

 

My wife informed me Monday that the lady never showed to pickup and I told her it was Curbside and she'd be in the next day as per the order. SHE NEVER SEES THAT! Why are we sent a copy of the receipt? How can I get the order summary instead in my email. the receipt is missing crucial information.
