Marketing Email Via Online Portal - Pending Review

I've created an email via our Square online portal, being our first one, I've done a test one and set it to send to only two recipients, after goign through the whole editing, design and review process, a pop up shows saying the email is 'Pending Review'

 

Pending Review: We noticed that you are sending your email to a large number of recipients, requiring approval from our team. As soon as your email has been approved and verified it will go out as planned. Once you are a verified sender, you will no longer receive this notification.

How long does the pending process go for and is this re-occuring?

Thanks for clarifying, @NHFC.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to Weebly Promote marketing from my Dashboard, only Square Marketing. But I can raise this with our eCommerce Team so they can take a closer look for us.

 

In your reply, are you able to include a screenshot of this page, and the associated message, so I can flag this with my team?

Please find screenshot attached, noting this was literally sent to one and two email

recipients, which i wouldnt class as a 'large number of recipients.

Just wanted to touch base with you hear to say I've followed up with the team again today! 

For context, our Weebly team is US-based and they're currently fielding a high volume of cases but I'm hoping to receive another update shortly. I really appreciate your patience with us while we look into this further!

As of today, is the email still in a pending state waiting for approval from our team?

Hi Laurie, 

I've sorted the issue by throwing money at the problem, I had already upgraded to the Build level which wasnt sufficent, now on the grow plan and they go through, which is quite disapointing considering the Build plan has 5 email campaigns per month that were not working...

4. Click "Message us", "Email us" or "Call Us"

I did receive an update from the Weebly Support team and in looking at your campaigns, they confirmed the initial campaign was approved. The timeframe for these campaign approvals can vary as they have to be approved by a trusted support partner.
