The first step is to ensure that you’ve enabled the option to accept online orders in your Square Online settings. Once that’s confirmed, here are a few other factors to check:
Domain Connection: If you recently transferred or connected a domain to your Square Online site, it may take 24–48 hours for the SSL certificate to fully propagate. Your site won’t be able to process orders until this process is automatically completed.
Item Visibility: Ensure all items are set to Visible in your item settings and have stock assigned to them.
Fulfilment Settings: Double-check that you’ve completed setting up your Square Online fulfilment settings and assigned the correct fulfilment method to each item available for purchase.
