Every time I toggle a new item on to be visible on my website after a few minutes it just automatically gets toggled off....I have been on the phone with support for the past 2 weeks and the only thing they can tell me is that their "engineers are looking into it" and when I tell them I am paying a lot of money to have a website that is not functioning they said " sorry we can't give you any compensation till we fix it" HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE! I am starting to regret switching to using square online because I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE EASIER...

It's been "escalated" 5 times already and nothing has happened no time frame nothing....
