Hi there, I have uploaded my logo according to Squareup specs under our branding (1280 px wide) and the logo is very clear on my end. In all of my customers email receipts, however, the logo is appearing blurry/out of focus.
Is there a way to troubleshoot this? I think something is happening once I upload where Square side is compressing this logo.
Hi there! What format is the image you posted? JPEG, PNG, etc? That might help with troubleshooting!
I've tried both! Currently have it uploaded as a PNG, though
