Logo Not Displaying on Cart Page

My logo isn't displaying on the cart screen of the check out process, but it is showing up when you proceed to calculating shipping. How do I fix this? I have my logo in my header on the main website pages which stays consistent and it's also set up under branding for receipts and such but for some reason the cart page appears to need to be customized elsewhere that I cannot find.

Would you mind sharing your website so I can take a closer look? Just to make sure I’m understanding correctly, the logo isn’t showing when items are added to the cart, right?

Yup, the website is https://michaelacarneyfineart.square.site 

 

And yes, that's correct, the logo isn't showing up at all on the cart page, it's just got my business name in the standard square font.

I’m not seeing an option to add the logo there at the moment, so I’m digging into this further and will share what I find. Just a heads up that I’ll be out for the week, so I won’t be able to follow up until next week. Thanks so much for your patience while I look into this.

Hey Maya,

 

Thanks for escalating it! It's still unfortunately not showing the logo on my end :(. I've checked on both desktop and mobile but I'm still just getting my business name in the default font (now capitalized as I updated the site name).

I want to clarify something on my end. When I first checked earlier, it looked like the issue was resolved, but after taking another look, I’m seeing the same behavior again.

 

Our team did confirm that the logo isn’t currently set in the Site Design area. To fully correct this, they would need permission to update it and publish your site on your behalf.

 

Let me know if you’re okay with us moving forward so we can get this taken care of.

@MayaP How odd! On my end under site design I have a logo set and I also have the same logo set in any other place I could set it such as branding on the receipts. I've attached a photo of my site design section below:

I'm happy for your team to correct it on your end if you think that'll fix it! Would love to know how to keep this fixed for future in case I decide to switch to an alternate design at some point but for now hopefully this works.

Hi @user754318, stepping in for @MayaP on this one! 

 

I just had our eCommerce team take a look at this again and they may have originally misunderstood the issue.

 

They said that editing the logo in the site design area of the header only affects the checkout page. So unfortunately there is not a way to change it so the logo is on the cart page. The only option would be to show the business name as text on top of the page, but not the logo itself. So this would be considered a Feature Request, at this time.

 

I'm really sorry for any confusion on this!
