Can someone explain the logic behind adding items to the online store? After adding an item to Square Dashboard, I go to Square Online. Sometimes the item is searchable on the Items screen. But at times I have to go to Add Items from Library to access the item. This is obviously very annoying.
HI, there is a known sync issue with Square. By adding items on the Online Dashboard, all items display immediately. (think: Square Dashboard-money, Online Dashboard-your website)
We are a hybrid business. Wine bar, tasting room, and wine sales. Entering via Square Dashboard offers us more flexibility, uploading via excel for one.
