Links Have Stopped Working

Hi,

I have been using some checkout links for a while but all of a sudden none of them work. The error comes back, "checkout.square.site sent an invalid response." I have not changed anything and don't know how to rectify it. Any help would be welcome.

When you navigate to your Online Checkout settings, are your links showing here as active (blue)? If possible, can you share one of your links in your reply so we can take a look on our end?

We have listed some troubleshooting steps for common issues we usually see with checkout links but what you've described does not sound like normal behaviour.


It might also be worth reaching out to our Support Team directly here so that they can take a look at your account settings on their end. You can call support on 1800 760 137 (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm Melbourne time), or contact us via online chat or email. See the below steps.

 

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squ.re/3AWfZs2

3. Go to "Other", then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us", "Email us" or "Call Us"

 

Or, if you see the new chatbot help flow, type “support” to bring up a list of contact methods.
