Linking online customers to their existing customer profiles

When selling products through Square Online, is there a way to match customers to their customer profile, or do we need to use the Find Duplicates/Merge function?

We're a membership group of around 100 people so this isn't a huge administrative task but it would be nice if this could be done automatically.

We do not have a built-in feature for automatically matching customers to their customer profiles based on their information at this time. Typically, you would need to use the "Find Duplicates/Merge" function or manually associate customer information with their profiles.

This would be considered a feature request at the moment, which you can submit to our product teams here. Please be sure to include some details about how you'd use this in your business day-to-day - it really helps highlight why a given feature request should be prioritised.
