Items showing online are missing from the item list

I've asked support why this is and didn't get a good answer. Several items show up online, but can't be found in the item list. I would remove the items and re-create them, but there is no obvious way to do this.

 

Wondering if Shopify would be a better solution. Very frustrated right now.
