Items entered in Square Item Library (Dashboard) are not showing up in Online Items inventory

Help! I have been working on adding listings for the past three days. Things have been going fine but now all of a sudden the items I'm adding in the Square Dashboard aren't showing up for Square Online. I haven't changed any settings. I can't mark items as "visible" because I can't even see them. Any suggestions? I have been trying to figure this out for a couple of hours now and I am at a loss.

Sorry to see trouble has brought you here to the Seller Community!

 

It sounds like you don't have Square Sync turned on right now, @heybabyadmin.
Square Dashboard > Online (your Square Online Dashboard) > Settings > Square Sync

 

This thread should also be helpful in regards to ensuring all of your items appear on your website.
