Just to make sure we're on the same page, are you referring to the Shop page listed in your home page navigation menu? Or have you added a Shop button directly on your home page that isn’t linking correctly to your Shop page?
As a first step, we recommend reviewing your page and navigation settings using the steps in this guide.
If you’ve created a button and the link isn’t working as expected, try pasting the URL from your button into a new browser window to check if it leads to the correct page. If you receive an error or are redirected elsewhere, go to the page you’re trying to link, copy the URL from the page details section, and test it in a new window again. If it loads correctly, paste that same URL into the Button section on your home page. There may have been an error when copying the original URL over to the Button section, and this will help us rule that out.
