Items Pages Intermittently Failing to Load

For the second time, I have had ll my items disappear from my website. They exist just fine in the website preview, but are not displayed on the website. The previous incident was resolved after I was asked to provide names for some of the items not loading. Please advise.

@tuckertexas Can you please give me a little more detail on what happened? Are you able to to back into items and make them available again? Are the items showing as hidden when you view them under Online Store > Items?

What did support say or do to help you get your items available again?

OK. In my review of the website prior to publishing it, Everything is there. But when I publish it, all th items on the second page are missing. In the previous happening of this malfunction, the tech asked for a few names of my items, so he could possibly locate them and restore the website.

@tuckertexas This sounds like a bug. You will need to contact Weebly Support again so they can escalate this to engineering. Thank you!

my items show up on my items list and are all marked visible but only 3 show up when published.  This is only a recent thing as all my items showed up when I first made my webpage.  please help

@kate115 I'm really sorry to see that this is happening. I've merged your post with an existing thread where another seller is also experiencing something similar. I've told him to contact support, as I believe this is a bug that's affecting a few accounts.
