Items Listed on my website but not in the item list

Hello

I have a website with a shop all list that appears to be listing items that I cannot find anywhere else. They arent in specific categories and when I click on the item I get a 404 error.

I cant seem to find these anywhere in my website definitions though?

Any ideas how I can find them?

Can you share a link to your site here and an example of some items that should not be visible on your site? 

As an initial step, can you please unpublish and republish your site - you can find the steps here. 

It might be necessary to reindex your site, which I can coordinate with the Square Online team. However, please try the steps above first and confirm which items should be visible

From what I can see the rogue items seem to have disappeared from the Shop All list now.

Thanks for your reply.

I have tried the unpublish and publish option but the items still appear.

The items are all listed as out of stock and are on this page - https://brandysbespokevinyl.square.site/s/shop

When I click on the items I get a 404 page error so they dont exist or are hidden somewhere. However I cant find them in my item library.

Hi Gary - it looks like all items on your Shop All are working as intended now.

The shop all link is still showing the items that arent in my item library as being out of stock items.

I have tried an unpublish/publish again and its made no difference. Tried mobile access and clearing all the history etc from google and they still appear.

Yes - I was on my way to update you @GRS20 The Square Online team re-indexed your site which resolved the issue.

All of the these items appear in the Shop All link but none of them are in my item library so I am confused where it is getting them from?
