I am having to call weekly if not multiple times a week to get a resync and reindex of my site. Since their updates, its been out of hand.
We see item and inventory sync issues often as well. Every time I call I’m asked the same litany of questions and it always leads to Square needing to either re-index or engage an engineer. I always ask “is there seething I should have done differently” and am always told “no this is a Square issue.”
I have this issue here and there as well, but generally, waiting it out solves the problem. Slightly inconvienient when I'm trying to do a timed release or sale, but it generally all catches up.
