Item not synching to website.

I'm having trouble with new items not synching to the website.  This is new as of this week.  Also items that we are disabling are not being removed.  We have tried 'manual' synching as well.

Specific Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. For New Items Not Syncing:

    • Verify item settings:
      • "Available Online" is toggled ON
      • Price is set correctly
      • Item is assigned to the correct location
      • All required fields are completed
    • Check category settings:
      • Category is enabled for online visibility
      • Category is properly synced
  2. For Disabled Items Not Removing:

    • Confirm items are fully disabled (not just inventory set to 0)
    • Check if items are linked to:
      • Active discounts
      • Current promotions
      • Featured items lists
    • Verify you're disabling at the item level (not just variations)

Common Solutions That Often Work:

  1. Site Publishing Check:

    • Go to your online store settings
    • Check for pending changes
    • Try manually publishing your site
    • Wait for confirmation of successful publish

This was the resolution the support team gave me.  I had done all of the above prior to connecting to them aside from unpublishing and republishing my site.

There was a syncing issue I reported this to my advanced support team and they did a reindex to your site."
