Item Set Up Not Working

Set up new items, they don't show availability past a few days. Item attached has a prep time of 4 business days, store has a lead time of 1 week. It shows available a week from now, than not on Sun  and Mon (we are closed, so that is correct) But than stops on 11/25. I do not have any closed hours posted. Note I cannot go into December, its greyed out.

Have created hundreds of items, this just started happening....

Additional Info... item is set to be only available at 1 site. When I go to order on the website, it shows multiple sites, and the limited dates.

If I use a direct link from Square for the item, it works correctly, only available at one site, and al valid dates are available.

The creation of the new location is new, somehow the system causes some things to choke apparently... any ideas?
