Item Library Not Showing on Safari since update

Since the Item Library interface was "updated" a couple days ago on the Square Online website, I haven't been able to view my Item Library using Safari. The rest of the website seems fine. I can't absolutely say it's because of the update, but the timing seems right. Anyone else experiencing this with Safari? When I try and load my Item Library I get the following Error Message:

"Oh no, something went wrong.

It looks like we are experiencing some problems on our end."

I have contacted Support, but also thought I'd ask here. Thank you!

Hey @TOV.  I’m not having any issues with viewing it, and yours is the first post I’ve seen about this.  My suspicion is that this is simply a problem in your browser’s memory, cookies, etc.  It should be resolved by signing out of your online dashboard and exiting your browser.  Then clear your browser’s cache and browsing history, and sign back into Square dashboard.  That should clear out whatever ghost crept in.

Thank you Chip! I was going to write back to say thanks, but that I'd done all of that (more than once) with no success. Then I decided to go back one more time and I realized when I got to the Privacy/Manage websites that there were about 6 different Square-related addresses that I could clear besides the normal Squareup. I deleted anything with the word "Square" that looked close enough to be associated.  I logged out and back in. It finally worked!! Thanks for making me go back. I have no idea which of the "weird" Square addresses was the problem, but I don't care. It worked. 🙂

You’re welcome, @TOV.  Often, I’ll just recommend clearing the ENTIRE cache rather than trying to be surgical about it.  But what you did worked.  My suspicion here is that some of the recent weirdness with our dashboards had to do with the migration to app.squareup.com, which I assume has something to do with some exciting new upgrades and features to be announced later!  Anyway, that’s my story, and I’m sticking to it.  I’m nothing if not an eternal optimist!  LOL

 Be well.
