Issues with "Place Order" Button

I just had a customer try and check out on her phone and when she clicks the "place order" button, nothing happens. No errors and she entered everything correctly. Anyone else have these issues?

  • The type of mobile device and browser your customer was using (e.g., iPhone with Safari, Android with Chrome, etc.)

  • The URL of your online store

  • The approximate time the issue occurred

  • Any third-party apps or custom code running on your checkout page, if applicable

In the meantime, we recommend asking your customer to try:

  • Refreshing the page or restarting their browser

  • Using a different browser or device.

  • Ensuring their internet connection is stable
