Issues with Facebook shop not syncing or updating products and pricing?

Hello, 

I have a square online store & I also have a Facebook shop, I thought once I had it synced that it would keep syncing. Unfortunately it has not and I have customers on Facebook trying to purchase products that have been deleted and also trying to purchase products that the price has changed but the Facebook shop has the original price. 

Is there any way to fix this problems so it syncs properly?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Facebook integration.

 

We're not aware of any widespread issues of this nature, however it can be a little tricky to troubleshoot issues like this - it's likely the issue is on Facebook's end, or perhaps might be solvable with edits to their integration settings on the Facebook end.

 

As a starting point, I'd disconnect and reconnect the integration to see if that helps solve the immediate issue. From there, you might want to check if there are any settings on the Facebook end that might relate to inventory syncing. Keep an eye on how things go - if there is no easy solution, it might be worth filing a ticket with Facebook to investigate further. Sorry we can't be of more help here!
