We recently upgraded our system to a swivel stand with built in chip and touchless option and have both in person and online orders. Everything is working fine with our old printer except printing our online orders. We no longer get the printed tickets at time of order. For some reason any online orders only pop up temporarily with a notification at our point of sale and don't show on upcoming orders. If I'm able to catch the notification and try to get it to print manually, it still doesn't. I've tried everything form re-setting all printer settings, to uninstalling and reinstalling printer and can't figure out what I'm missing. (checked 'square online' settings and settings at POS) It prints in-person orders and receipts just fine. Any thoughts?
@lookoutcoffeesa For the sake of thoroughness, did you go into the printer settings and tell it to settings ---> hardware ---> printers ----> tap on printer ----> edit (printer station) -----> online order tickets ----> automatically print new orders and use this printer for online order tickets should both be checked.
Also make sure all the categories are selected etc.
My settings are a little different here. Using the new stand shouldn't change any settings really since the ipad still does the heavy lifting like before.
