Issue with Digital Product Sale

Hey Everyone,

 

I’m trying to set up a product on square, I’ve put all the information in and price etc.

 

However it gives me an error message “This item can not be sold as it has no price. Please put a price in at least one of the product variations” 

 

I do have a price in there both in “Price” & “Sae Price”... I don’t get this error if I change the category of product to Physical.

 

anyone else encountered this? There is no help articles or customer service to contact/Email.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up items!

 

Without being able to specifically see how you have things set up, within the item listing on Square Dashboard (as opposed to the Online Store Dashboard), are you able to look further down the page and see any variations listed under the item to add prices to? 

 

While I'm not able to look specifically into how you have things set up here and make suggestions based on this, if you'd like to get further assistance please give our support team a call on 1800 760 137.
