Issue with Custom Fulfillment Hours for Preorders

I have 2 Menus, Menu A & Menu B. Menu A is only available on specific days (11/22, 11/25, 11/26.) Menu B is only available on one specific day (11/24.) How do I make it so Menu A is not able to be picked up on the same day as Menu B?

 

 

Further information for a more in depth view of the issue:

 

We have preorders for Thanksgiving 2025. We are normally only open Wednesday through Saturday.

 

We have some items available for pickup on 11/22, 11/25, 11/26. Let's call these Menu A.

 

We have additional items available for pickup only on 11/24. Let's call these Menu B.

 

(In order for us to be able to fulfill these two obligations, we have to change our our hours to be open Monday & Tuesday (a whole other can of worms) & manually close every Monday & Tuesday leading up to 11/26.) 

 

  • Menu A has preorders available for the fulfillment time of 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 11/22, 11/25, or 11/26.
  • Menu B has preorders available for the fulfillment time of 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM, 11/24.

 

On our website, Menu A is marked as being available on 11/24 from 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM. This is contradicting the rule we have put in that makes Menu A only available from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. 

 

We would need a solution that restricts Menu A from being available to be scheduled for pickup 11/24. How do we accomplish this?

I am going to tag in a few of our Square Champions on this one. @TheRealChipA@Candlestore, and @ryanwanner, do you have any insight on how to accomplish this for the Seller?

 

If our wonderful Square Champions do not know of a way to get this figured out, I can definitely take a deeper look, as well.

Unfortunately, I can't offer any insights here.  This is outside anything I've ever had to do with my online store.  Sorry.  Hopefully someone else has some insights.
